Happy Valentine's Day!
This is not really a day that we celebrate around here. I don't think I have received a card or gift from the man of the house since I was in my teens and we were dating. Back then, it was required! Back when the money spent on cards, gifts and flowers didn't come from our joint account!
But still, the hubby does have a way of showing his affection for me. Wanna see what love looks like in my house? Come on, you know you do!!
What? You thought it was gonna something else? Nope. This is it. Love, in the form of a pan. A pan left on the counter just like this, for me to find. See, the night before I had been complaining that I missed my morning scrambled eggs because I was preoccupied and lost track of time. Plus, the kitchen was dirty (my own fault) and I would have had to clean it before I could cook eggs. Which of course, I had no time for. So I didn't get eggs for breakfast and because I am trying not to eat out, I was starving by lunch time and still starving after. All for lack of scrambled eggs at breakfast.
Mumble, mumble. Complain, complain. Honestly, by the next morning I had almost forgotten all about it. Until I saw the pan. And the clean kitchen. All ready for me to make scrambled eggs. Because I am loved. Really, this pan beats 12 dozen roses. All the cards and candy on the planet can't stand up to this pan.
I am loved. Now, that is something to be thankful for. :)

That is so sweet! Now that is true love!
